What You'll Be Doing: Assisting children aged 4–11 in their daily learning journeys. Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering a fun, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Working 1:1 and in small groups to give pupils the encouragement and attention they need to thrive, including those with SEN. Helping pupils build confidence, curiosity, and creativity every day. ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience working with children (volunteering counts too) A friendly, positive attitude and a real passion for helping young learners. Professionalism, reliability, and a team‑player mindset. An Enhanced Child DBS (on the Update Service) – or willingness to get apply for one through us.
