OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical/Forensic or Counselling Psychologist to join our integrated Mental Healthcare team at HMP Ford. HMP Ford is a category D prison that houses around 544 patients, aged 21 plus. The role is suitable for a newly qualified psychologist (with preceptorship) or an experienced psychologist familiar with adult mental health presentations, neurodiversity and complex trauma. The applicant must be familiar with trauma-informed practice and trained in at least one trauma-specific intervention. The successful candidate will be part of the Integrated Mental Health Team and will contribute to the clinical leadership team supporting the development of the psychological therapies service.Hours2.5 days per week, 8am–4pm, with some flexibility in hours.
