Overview We are seeking a qualified and empathetic Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a student with ADHD. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and the Learning Support team to help the student thrive academically, socially, and emotionally within a boarding school environment. Role This is an exciting opportunity to join Shrewsbury School as a Learning Support Assistant, working closely with a specific student. Responsibilities In this new role, you will provide support both in the classroom and during one-to-one sessions in the Learning Support Department. You will play a key role in helping the pupil strengthen their academic skills and develop greater independence in their learning. You will be working under the direction of the Head of Learning Support. You will join a lively and enthusiastic team of support staff, who believe passionately in supporting our pupils to enable them to fully access the high quality of education on offer.
