Overview Corporate Commercial Practice Innovation Lead, Leeds Ready for a career move that actually feels different? We're working on a unique Practice Innovation Lead role with a top tier international firm based in Leeds. This is your chance to step away from fee earning and use your legal experience to shape how lawyers work - making their lives (and yours) easier through smarter processes, legal tech and innovation. You’ll act as the bridge between lawyers and the firm's innovation team - identifying pain points, driving efficiency projects, running training to boost adoption of new tools, and embedding better ways of working across the group. You don’t need to be a tech guru - just a lawyer who "gets it." Someone who’s seen both the power and the pain of legal tech in action, and has a genuine drive to make it work better. Responsibilities Identify pain points and drive efficiency projects within the corporate/commercial practice. Run training to boost adoption of new tools and embed better ways of working across the group. Act as the bridge between lawyers and the firm’s innovation team. The essentials Leeds-based, hybrid role with a major international firm Suitable for Corporate, Commercial or other transactional lawyers with 4+PQE who have had some exposure to legal tech in practice Ideally full time Typically 9-5 hours (a real change of pace from fee earning) If you’ve ever thought, "there has to be a smarter way to do this," this is your chance to be the person who helps makes that happen.
