Join our high-performing Birmingham Valuation team , where youll play a key role in delivering high-quality valuations and developing new business across the region.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.About the Role Youll be part of a well-established valuation team, taking responsibility for a range of commercial property valuations including loan security, balance sheet, and portfolio purposes.Youll manage your own client instructions, maintain strong client relationships, and help drive business growth through both existing and new contacts.Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate, high-quality valuation reports within agreed timescales.Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact on instructions.Undertake commercial property valuations and appraisals using Argus and Excel .Support business development across the Midlands region.Represent the firm professionally and promote the full range of our property services.About You MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in commercial valuations.Skilled in preparing valuation reports to a high professional standard.Proficient in Microsoft Office and Argus (or similar) valuation software.Commercially aware, confident, and client-focused.Organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Why Join Us?
