This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in supporting our students' personal development, wellbeing, and behaviour ensuring that every young person has the opportunity to thrive and succeed. What does the role involve? The role will be varied and fast‑paced. You might begin your day welcoming students at the gate, then spend the morning supporting behaviour investigations, leading restorative conversations, or mentoring individuals who need an extra layer of support. In the afternoon, you could be working with a small group to improve self‑regulation or helping to coordinate after‑school detentions, while contributing to the calm, respectful culture we are proud of at The Quest Academy. Responsibilities Work closely with our Heads of Year to maintain the highest standards of behaviour, attendance and conduct across the Academy. Serve as a visible and trusted presence for students, providing guidance, consistency and care, and respond swiftly and effectively when challenges arise. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient and confident in working with young people. You will be able to build strong relationships, uphold clear boundaries and communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues. Qualifications and Experience Experience of working with children or young people is essential. You will be well‑organised, reliable and professional at all times. Training in behaviour management, de‑escalation and safeguarding will be provided as part of your induction.
