Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager, responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase venue bookings. This includes building relationships with clients, conducting sales presentations, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and overseeing social media and digital marketing activities. The role also involves collaborating closely with the events and hospitality teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on hospitality and events
  • Strong relationship-building and client management skills
  • Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns and analyzing market trends
  • Skills in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable
