What You’ll Do Enquiry Management : Be the first point of contact for all M&E enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service from start to finish. Sales Conversion : Transform interest into action- drive bookings and secure contracts using our proven systems and processes. Work alongside our proactive sales teams to visit clients, agents and showcase the hotel. Client Communication : Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with confidence, clarity, and warmth. Sales Culture : Spot opportunities to upsell, collaborate and succeed, contributing to a dynamic, results-driven team. Team Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with both sales and operations colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves delighted. Customer Focus : Put clients first- proactively resolve issues and go the extra mile to exceed expectations. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Meetings & Events coordination- ideally in hospitality, hotels, or venues Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking / sales platforms A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a team environment Why You’ll Love It Here No two days are the same.
