Position Overview In our UK office we are seeking a Bid Coordinator / Specialist to join the Public Sector Business Development team. The role involves leading the preparation and submission of client‑focused bids that align with Efficio’s strategic goals and enhance our success in winning new business. Key Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end bid process, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of proposals that meet client requirements and Efficio standards. Qualify all bids in line with Efficio’s qualification process. Conduct formal kick‑off meetings, documenting responsibilities and timescales. Act as the point of contact for gathering and collating materials from all relevant contributors. Engage proactively with internal stakeholders to secure and chase input, escalating issues where appropriate. Coordinate bid reviews, ensuring comprehensive reviews and approval/sign‑off at each stage. Identify, mitigate or escalati… Skills and Experience Strong project‑management and organisational skills, able to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Experience managing bid processes independently, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document‑management systems. Excellent attention to detail and high standards in written communication. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative across teams.
