You’ll bring structure, insight, and collaboration to every stage of the procurement journey.### ### **What you’ll be doing*** Providing proactive administrative and operational support to the **Senior Procurement Manager**.* Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising supplier contracts in collaboration with **Legal** and other key stakeholders.* Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining the supplier management framework, ensuring appropriate segmentation and oversight.* Supporting business areas with procurement activities including RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier reviews.* Partnering with stakeholders to identify **cost optimisation opportunities** and monitor spend.* Guiding and supporting junior team members, promoting best practice in procurement processes and compliance.* Maintaining professional development to meet evolving regulatory and organisational requirements.### ### **What you’ll bring****Essential:*** 5+ years’ experience in procurement or supplier management.* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.* Excellent organisation and multitasking ability, with meticulous attention to detail.* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).* Confidence working across all levels of the organisation.**Desirable:*** Experience in **sustainable procurement** practices.* Strong understanding of **IT procurement** and engagement with technology vendors.* Experience with **Software Asset Management**, vendor risk assessment, and due diligence.* Proven expertise in **contract and vendor management**.CMC Markets is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability, or age.CMC Markets is one of the world’s first ever fin-tech companies and was launched in 1989 to break down the barriers of financial trading and make trading accessible to everyone.Our mission is to use our award-winning, Next Generation trading platform and unparalleled client service to empower millions of people to have the best trading experience out there.
