Your work will empower regulators, payers, clinicians, and patients with data-driven insights, driving access and adoption of life-changing therapies. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will guide cross-functional teams, foster external collaborations, and redefine how evidence supports the value of our medicines across the lifecycle.### About the Role## Key Responsibilities* Lead scientific oversight of Phase IIIb/IV trials and real-world evidence programs across Global Medical Affairs* Develop study concepts, protocols, and reports aligned with integrated evidence plans* Deliver impactful, fit-for-purpose evidence solutions with scientific rigor and strategic alignment* Shape product medical strategy through expert evidence planning and cross-functional collaboration* Engage with global stakeholders including KOLs, advisory boards, and patient advocacy groups* Drive partnerships with academic institutes, medical societies, and payer bodies for research collaborations* Lead and motivate evidence generation sub-team.
