About the Role We have an opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join our growing Thames Valley tax team. The role offers natural opportunities for progression and is suitable for Assistant Managers looking for a step up or Managers seeking a new challenge. You will work closely with tax partners on UK and cross‑border projects, oversee complex compliance work for a diverse portfolio of clients and support business development initiatives. The Role Requirements ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification essential. Significant Corporate Tax and accounting experience on advisory and compliance projects. A passion for client service. A track record of developing new work. Your People Responsibilities Demonstrate personal commitment, positive attitude and initiative. Your Client Responsibilities Lead UK and cross‑border tax advisory projects, reporting to partners. Oversee compliance work on larger or more complex clients. Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services. Act with integrity and in the firm’s best interests, managing risk appropriately. Show urgency and quality focus in all work, impacting client service. Apply solution‑based problem solving and recommend process improvements. Take primary responsibility for financial performance of client work. Qualities We Are Looking For Efficient execution and excellent service delivery. Role model behaviour and on‑the‑job coaching. Strict adherence to risk management policies. High quality work output. Solid understanding of UK corporate tax concepts, UKGAAP fundamentals and deferred tax.
