Job Details: Member Services Customer Care CoordinatorWe’re looking for a Member Services Customer Care Coordinator to join our passionate team, supporting the teachers and professionals who make Thrive such a success.In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for our members - offering excellent service and ensuring they have the resources, information, and support they need to make the most of their Thrive membership.Your day-to-day will be varied - from responding to emails and phone enquiries, to processing certification and award applications, to updating membership information and resources within our CRM and Learning Management Systems.Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service to Thrive members, Licensed Practitioners, Course Leaders, and Trainers.Build strong, positive relationships with members through clear, engaging communication.Support members to maintain their licensed status and access CPD opportunities.Process certification and award applications using our CRM and LMS systems.Keep membership information and resources accurate and up to date.Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a seamless member experience.Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service quality.About You:You’ll thrive in this role if you’re customer-focused, organised and efficient, a clear communicator, tech-savvy, collaborative, and empathetic and professional.What we Offer:We offer a supportive, flexible, and inclusive working environment where you can learn, grow, and make a real difference.36 days annual leave (28 days + 8 bank holidays), plus one additional day per year of service (up to 5 extra days).Hybrid working from our Exeter office.Flexible benefits package, including healthcare and the option to buy extra annual leave.Company-paid healthcare plan (after probation) including access to a private GP.Free life insurance (x4 salary) and pension contributions after 3 months.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
