What we’re looking for from our Teaching Assistant:

Fluent Welsh speaker – both written and spoken

A genuine passion for helping children thrive

Some classroom experience is ideal, but not essential

Willingness to work in the after-school club between 3:00pm–5:00pm is a strong advantage

A positive, can-do attitude

Understanding of trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches is a real advantage

Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
