General Labourer – Humping & Carrying We are looking for hardworking, reliable General Labourers to support site operations with humping, carrying, and a range of day-to-day labouring tasks. Essential Requirements Solid experience with general labouring duties on construction sites Ability to support trades by handling materials, preparing work areas, and carrying out basic site maintenance Confident working safely around live services and following all site health & safety procedures Proactive attitude with strong time‑management skills Able to keep the site clean, replenish materials, maintain safe access routes, and support smooth site operations Capable of completing daily pre‑start safety checks on equipment and reporting any issues to site management CPCS / NPORS* tickets for plant such as Telehandlers, Dumpers, or Rollers 1–2+ years’ experience in construction labouring with a willingness to learn and develop Experience working within a team or gang Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to work well with trades and operatives to help deliver the programme on time Must have the right to work in the UK Desirable Skills & Experience CPCS / NPORS* tickets for plant such as Telehandlers, Dumpers, or Rollers 1–2+ years’ experience in construction labouring with a willingness to learn and develop Experience working within a team or gang General Expectations Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to work well with trades and operatives to help deliver the programme on time Must have the right to work in the UK Qualifications CSCS Labourer card or equivalent GQA Labourer qualification (or relevant experience) What We Offer Fair, competitive rates of pay Opportunities for ongoing work and future projects Access to additional training as required for site needs We can only accept NPORS cards affiliated with CSCS and carrying the CSCS hologram.
