Client Overview We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and skilled healthcare assistant to provide specialised care for a 1‑year‑old child with complex medical needs. The client lives in a comfortable and loving home environment with supportive family members. The ideal candidate will have experience in paediatric care and be proficient in managing these advanced medical requirements while creating a calm and friendly environment. What HFH Offers Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, benefiting from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff. Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is 12 hours. We will offer you work to meet your availability; the average carer works three shifts (36 hours) per week for us and earns £500 – £555 per week. Three‑day a week work equals an average annual income of £26,200 – £28,950. All staff are employed directly via PAYE, removing the need for third‑party companies or self‑employed status. This protects you from IR35 tax regulations. *Rates are inclusive of holiday pay, accumulated per hour worked.
