Their multidisciplinary team offers expert insight into project planning, sustainability, and technical due diligence – underpinned by a strong emphasis on mentoring and continuous professional development.The Graduate Building Surveyor’s RoleAs a key member of the surveying team, the Graduate Building Surveyor will assist in providing reliable assessments and evaluations of buildings to ensure they meet all legal and safety standards. You will be involved in defect diagnosis, condition surveys, preparation of technical reports, and advising on maintenance and compliance matters.This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide array of services including project management, contract administration, and planning applications, while working closely with Senior Surveyors, clients, and consultants.
