DANX Carousel is looking for a Head of Group Reporting to join our team. Location and Department Location: Sittingbourne or Ishøj. Regular travel across Western Europe and the Nordic region will be required. Department: Finance About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Head of Group Reporting to lead and evolve our Group financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of our management and statutory accounts across multiple jurisdictions. As Head of Group Reporting, you’ll take ownership of the group’s consolidated financial statements and drive the ongoing development of our reporting framework. You’ll lead a team of regionally focused accountants, oversee the production and presentation of monthly management accounts, and deliver insightful financial analysis to senior stakeholders across the business. This is a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement in how we report and understand our financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the regional accounting team to deliver best‑in‑class reporting. Produce and present the Group consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow to ELT and Board. Investigate and challenge variances to budget and prior periods. Ensure accuracy of revenue and costs through reconciliations, accruals, and journal posting. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset management. Drive process improvement and automation across financial reporting systems. Act as technical accounting lead and finance representative for audits and acquisitions. Own ERP setup, configuration, and control environment for the Group. What We Are Looking For You’re a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, State Authorised Public Accountant or equivalent) with significant post‑qualification experience in management and financial accounting. You bring a strong understanding of complex, multinational group consolidations, advanced Excel and systems skills, and proven leadership capabilities. Desired Experience with Business Central.
