Our service offers short breaks in purpose-built, fully equipped accommodation-available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week-for people with a wide range of disabilities. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals enjoy meaningful experiences and maintain their independence. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting with daily living activities and personal care Supporting individuals to access community activities and social opportunities Helping manage finances and administer medication Promoting health, wellbeing, and positive outcomes in line with care plans and risk assessments We value people over qualifications.
