As an Administrator at Ashfield House in Raunds you will deliver the highest standards of care and support to residents and guests, acting as the first point of contact within the home. Responsibilities First point of contact for all visitors to the service, including allied health professionals. Reception duties – answer phone, handle deliveries. Processing invoices and timesheets. Secretarial filing and PA duties to the Home Manager. Communicate with head‑office departments regarding fees, purchasing, stock control, payroll, HR, recruitment and other relevant matters. Manage petty cash, amenity fund, residents' cash. Coordinate and validate timesheets with the Home Manager. Ensure health and safety awareness to protect service users and colleagues.
