We offer global perspectives shaped by local market experience and credit market expertise to help investors make informed credit judgments with confidence.What We OfferThe 2026 Associate Analyst Program (September 2026 cohort) is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates. The full-time graduate program combines structured training with on-the-job learning. You’ll be assigned to a Fitch Ratings product group and participate in roles and responsibilities that immerse you in the credit rating process.During the 12-month program, analysts work in analytical teams, collaborating with senior analysts on new issuer ratings and gathering and analyzing the latest industry, regulatory, and economic information.
