The Role As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s ambitious growth strategy, leading client engagements, and developing a high-performing team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the practice’s future. Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager will include: Leading a portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting, audit, and tax services. Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and supporting business development opportunities. Managing and mentoring junior and mid-level staff, fostering professional growth and engagement. Driving improvements in processes, systems, and service delivery to support practice growth. Contributing to strategic planning and supporting initiatives to expand the firm’s footprint in Yorkshire. To be considered for this Senior Manager role, you will have/be: ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive experience in accountancy practice. Proven experience in managing client portfolios and leading teams. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. Ambitious, proactive, and results-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement.
