Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and ambitious Branch Manager to lead the Belper branch. This role requires a self‑motivated and trustworthy professional with a proven ability to drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and develop a high‑performing team. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and profitability Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base Maintain and grow existing client relationships through exceptional service and trust Recruit, train, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with company policies and standards Represent the branch within the local community and business network Monitor and replenish stock levels in accordance with company commercial guidelines. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within the electrical wholesale industry. Strong business development skills with a confident approach to generating new opportunities Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities A solid existing customer base and strong local market knowledge Self‑motivated, ambitious, and results‑oriented What’s Offered Competitive salary negotiable on experience and your existing customer base.
