What you will do: Provide specialist psychological assessments and interventions to children and young people with complex needs. Support educational and residential teams in creating therapeutic living and learning environments. Develop individualised care plans tailored to each young person. Deliver consultation, workshops, and training to staff to enhance the support offered to students. Engage with multi‑disciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care. Record and report on clinical assessments and progress. To be part of our team, you should: Hold a qualification as a Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist and be registered with the HCPC. Possess proven experience in assessing and supporting children with complex needs. Be skilled at providing clinically informed environments and leading therapeutic interventions.
