We’re seeking a proactive, versatile and organised individual for a dynamic role that combines PA responsibilities with reception, office coordination and event support for a large Norwegian bank based in Central London. This position is initially a 3-6 month temp role with the strong view to transition to permanent. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and collaborative team. About the Role: Initially focus on PA support for 3-6 months (temp-to-perm), including diary management, correspondence and administrative support. Closely supporting a senior GM with PA duties. Support front-of-house and office management, including reception duties, lunches and general office operations. Assist with event coordination and other internal projects as required. Work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive environment. Office-based 5 days per week. What We’re Looking For: Proven PA experience, ideally supporting senior stakeholders. Excellent organisational, technical and IT skills. Proactive, calm under pressure and solution-focused. Flexibility and willingness to support the wider team. Strong interpersonal skills to integrate into a close-knit office environment. What We Love About the Role: A broad-scope role in a professional, high-performing environment.
