We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis team The role is key in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for our service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with a passion for driving change, who can use their business analysis skills and expertise to coach and mentor others. If you are interested in this role and enjoy working in a fast-paced development environment, please keep reading to find out more Our Lead Business Analysts play a key role in the identification, analysis, and delivery of requirements for these service teams whilst working in an Agile way using Scrum framework. We would love you to be part of our team. The Lead Business Analysts report to the Head of Business Analysis and work closely with stakeholders and aligned professions including Agile Delivery Management, Product Management, User Centred Design, Project Management, Architecture and Software Development. At this level, you will: Have expert Business Analysis skills. Be required to lead and coach others to increase professionalism. Be a confident communicator, able to clearly describe complex concepts to stakeholders across the organisation. Work with aligned professional communities. Oversee senior business analysts, their role, their assignments, development and performance. Benefits Alongside your salary of £53,540, Companies House contributes £15,510 towards you being a member of the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme. You will be aligned to our Cardiff office, where you will be expected to attend on a regular basis. The BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis is an essential requirement for this role.
