We operate from studios in central London and elsewhere in the UK & USA, with presence on facegym.com and at-home options.Job SummaryThe main function of this role is to carry out facial workouts and deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and build client retention within our Studios. The role promotes FaceGym’s services and retail offerings and provides an outstanding customer experience.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeliver all workouts in line with FaceGym Workout protocolsSell the brand’s unique offerings, workouts and homecare products within the Studio and front of houseUse body language, rapport-building, mirroring and adapted selling skills to provide 5-star service to every customerOvercome selling challenges and create retail theatre to attract customers, incorporating the client journey and brand storyMaintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the journeyMeet retail and service targets and KPIsKeep work stations clean, presentable and stocked with necessary products and toolsMaximize retail potential and client retentionOperate point of sale systems, card machines and tillsBuild and update knowledge on skincare, products and workoutsCommunicate effectively with the team, Studio Manager and FaceGym managementUse site learnings to enhance the client experience in storeMaintain knowledge on skincare, products and treatmentsAdhere to Health & Safety guidelines for equipment sterilization and storageMaintain high personal hygiene and grooming standards; ensure cleanliness in close contact with clientsLead by example and represent the brand professionallyEstablish strong working relationships with the team and managementBe proficient with Zenoti booking systemExcel in a customer self-serviced studio setting, owning the client journey from greeting and consultation through treatment, aftercare, and checkoutPerson SpecificationNVQ 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalentHands-on experience with customersExperience in beauty, retail and spaProactive, able to use own initiativeExceptional customer service skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsArticulate and confident communicatorCalm and positive under busy conditionsAbility to stand for 6-8 hoursFully flexible across weekdays and weekendsBrand ValuesTeamwork • Adaptability • Ownership • RespectBenefitsGenerous commission on retail and servicesExclusive discounts on services for personal, friends and family50% off FACEGYM productsFree confidential employee assistance programLocation: London, England, United Kingdom #J-18808-Ljbffr
