Job Title ICT Technician – Single Status 3/4 – Salary Range £24,796 - £25,583 About the Trust Cavendish Education Trust (CET) is a group of schools committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Job Description The role is full‑time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per year. Working hours will be agreed with the Director of ICT. The position is permanent. As an ICT Technician you will provide day‑to‑day technical support for staff and pupils across the Trust, manage user accounts, install hardware and software, and resolve ICT queries. Responsibilities Provide technical support for staff and pupils Manage user accounts and security Install and configure hardware and software Diagnose and resolve network, software and hardware faults, perform maintenance, repairs and upgrades Record and edit training videos as required Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of Google products Ability to record and edit videos Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills for network, software and hardware issues Benefits Annual leave entitlement and a supportive team environment.
