Nelson Permanent Placements are recruiting on behalf of our client who are a market-leading Social Housing Provider.

They are currently looking for an Electrician to work on Repairs and Maintenance to Social Housing properties. You will be covering areas including Salisbury, Bournemouth and the surrounding areas.

* Installation and maintenance electrical systems/appliances accordingly.

* Running repairs, inspecting and testing electrical installations.

* Completing EIRCs correctly and remedial upgrades.

* Arranging materials required to deliver works in an efficient manner.

* Recording/submitting accurate data using relevant electronic devices.

* Using a smart phone to liaise each day with the Repairs team/colleagues to update progress and works completed.

* Filling out daily work sheets on works undertaken and materials used.

Electrician Requirements:

* A Valid Gold Card (Including 18th Edition, 2391 and NVQ Level 3).

* A Full Clean UK Driving License

* A PAT Testing Certificate

* 2-3 years’ experience as an Electrician (within Social Housing settings).
