Join to apply for the Health and Safety Advisor role at Fortem Solutions We are recruiting a Health and Safety Advisor to support one of the biggest contracts we have – Orbit Housing. This is a full‑time, permanent position based in the office in Stratford‑upon‑Avon, although travel to our sites would be expected. The Company Fortem Solutions is a nationwide business specialising in the Social Housing sector. We provide Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Retrofit workstreams within Local Authorities and Housing Associations. Duties & Responsibilities Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will work with the Operations team and the wider Health & Safety team to provide direction and support to Operations in order to help them achieve compliance with company systems and safety legislation. What You Will Need Experience within a Health and Safety role at advisor level Full UK driving licence L3 Award in Education & Training (PTTLS) Experience in a planned maintenance and refurbishment H&S Advisor role would be advantageous; other non‑construction areas will be considered. 25 days annual leave + bank holidays & your birthday off 26 weeks full pay maternity leave 8 weeks full pay paternity leave Discounted gym memberships at national and local gyms Other benefits including dental care, private healthcare, cycle‑to‑work scheme, mobile phone provider discounts & more Who We Are Fortem is part of the Willmott Dixon group, established in 2002.
