This role is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract based across Banbury, Bicester and Buckingham. Contract and Requirements Contract type: 6 Month FTC Working pattern: Tuesday to Saturday Salary: £26,422 + quarterly bonus Valid driving licence, own vehicle and right to work in the UK are required. About Your Role You will be working with top grocery retailers in the UK on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our product range is available across stores with a focus on stock availability and presentation on the shop floor. This hands‑on physical role requires constant movement – moving pallets, setting up eye‑catching displays, organising stock, and ensuring products always look their best. Manual handling is part of the role, and we provide the necessary equipment and training for safety and confidence. Build positive relationships with store contacts, supported by your Account Executive. Travel easily to assigned stores with a full driving licence, business insurance and access to your own vehicle. Collaborate closely with your team and store contacts to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Use an iPhone and iPad for team contact, navigation and reporting. Qualifications and Skills No prior experience required – we provide full training. Works well with others, stays active, and thrives in a hands‑on role. Adapts quickly to changing tasks and challenges. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. Commitment to inclusive and supportive work environment – reasonable adjustments are welcomed.
