What you will do: Deliver an exceptional social work service to children and families with unmet needs or at risk of harm. Work collaboratively with other social service sections, private and voluntary partners, health services, and emergency services to ensure an integrated and effective response. Maintain professional accountability while allocating resources and ensure adherence to statutory timescales for assessments and reviews. Build strong relationships with children and their families/carers, helping them participate in decision-making and achieve desired outcomes. Conduct safeguarding investigations, complete risk assessments, and prepare reports for strategy meetings and case conferences. Develop knowledge of available community-based interventions and maintain good communications with relevant stakeholders. Prepare and present detailed written reports and professionally manage a complex caseload. Participate in professional supervision, training, and seminars to support your ongoing development and service improvement.
