Speech and Language Therapist – Team Lead (Part Time, Band 7) Are you a pro‑active and innovative Speech and Language Therapist with leadership skills based in the North Kent area? A large proportion of our intervention is currently delivered via telehealth (phone and video consultations) and we have worked hard to find creative ways to ensure we are meeting patients' needs. You will work as Team Lead of the community Speech and Language Therapy team in North Kent. This includes planning, coordinating, delivering and evaluating the Speech and Language Therapy Service on a day‑to‑day basis. Qualifications Recognised Speech and Language Therapy Degree Qualification Registered member of Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registered member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) Minimum of 3 years working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders caused by a range of aetiologies including use of a broad range of assessments and therapy interventions You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel).
