Principle Accountabilities

  1. Design and execute consumer research projects to uncover actionable insights that drive marketing and brand decisions.
  2. Analyse consumer behaviour trends and market dynamics to provide strategic recommendations.
  3. Collaborate with Marketing, Innovation, and Business Strategy teams to embed insights into key initiatives.
  4. Manage research agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality methodologies and results.
  5. Innovate with new research tools like self-service platforms to enhance efficiency and impact.
  6. Ensure consistency in research standards and best practices across global and regional projects.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Experience in consumer research, insights, or a related field.
  2. Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  3. Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling, actionable insights.
  4. Exceptional stakeholder management skills in a global, matrixed environment.
  5. Ability to work across different regions and time zones, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
