Dublcheck Cleaning are excited to announce that due to rapid growth we are recruiting for a Telesales Agent for our head office based in Chester. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to join an expanding business and become an integral part of the company. Who you are: Have previous telesales/telemarketing experience (will consider any industry background) Are motivated and target driven Excellent communication skills Confident telephone manner and able to build rapport over the phone Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Love working as part of a team Fantastic customer services skills A great attitude What you will be doing: Outbound calling (all leads provided) Introduction and discovery call Identifying potential opportunities for commercial cleaning contracts Arranging appointments for the sales team Follow up calls Send marketing literature via email where necessary Developing customer relationships Maintaining lead database & customer records Working as part of a small team in a collaborative environment Benefits Free Onsite Parking Flexible working hours Good location with great transport links Small team with a friendly working environment Hours of Work 20 hrs per week Location Chester, Wales CH1 4QL Job Type: Part-time Pay: £12.80 per hour Schedule Mon-Fri No weekends Supplemental Pay Commission Paid Location (alternative) Chester, England CH1 4QT #J-18808-Ljbffr
