Responsibilities Confidently interact with external contractors to coordinate repairs seamlessly. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high quality service. Sustain high energy levels while juggling tasks efficiently. Assist the management team by keeping our stores operating smoothly through equipment and facilities maintenance. Minimise customer disruption by coordinating repairs with minimal impact on our valued customers. Ensure all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues. Follow the planned work schedule to achieve first‑time fixes, improving efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge. Perform general day‑to‑day store and property maintenance. Use mobile devices (phone and tablet) to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.
