Work that MattersYou know that feeling when you see work that just gets it — that stops you, makes you lean in, stays with you for days? That’s what we’re after. For over a decade, we’ve been creating images of places that don’t exist yet — and making people feel them. Not just see them. Feel them. When a developer goes quiet after seeing a vision for the first time, or when someone walks through a VR experience and forgets it’s not real, or when a single frame makes a room full of investors say yes — that’s the magic that drives us.We’re a studio of artists, directors, technical pioneers, obsessives. We care deeply about the fall of light at 4 pm, the historical accuracy of a chandelier detail, and the fine line between technical accuracy and believable storytelling.RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who understands vision, craftsmanship, and leadership. You’ll:Be experienced in architectural visualisation (10+ years) with a portfolio that proves it.Have a genuine understanding of craft – composition, light, colour, cinematic language.Be able to lead without ego – mentor, manage complex programs, keep high creative standards.Possess real creative range – concept from scratch, storyboarding, treatments, presentation skills.Handle high volume, quick turns, and shifting priorities – thrive in a fast‑moving environment.Care deeply about the work, the people, and delivering right outcomes. What You'll Actually DoLead projects that matter, from quick turnarounds to flagship work that defines architectural visualisation.Make your team better by showing them what's possible, pushing their thinking, and developing their eye.Own the vision from first conversation to final delivery – shape the narrative, improve the look, and deliver every frame.Bridge client expectations and practical delivery – translate ideas into clear outcomes and keep chaos to a minimum.Protect the work – fight for creative integrity when needed, but also be pragmatic about real‑time vs offline rendering. Bring in new tools that genuinely help, not just shiny tech. What You'll BringA minimum of 10+ years in archviz with a proving portfolio.A genuine understanding of craft – composition, light, colour, cinematic language. The ability to lead without ego – mentor, manage complex programs, keep high standards.Real creative range – concept from scratch, storyboard process, treatments, presentations.High stamina – handle high volume, quick turns, multiple projects, shifting priorities.A caring mindset – care about the work, the people, and getting it right. What We'll Give YouAutonomy, accountability, and the backing to pursue creative excellence.A senior production manager handling logistics, backed by senior artistic leads for guidance.Time and support to test new approaches (offline and real‑time) when it improves the work.Open conversations – kind, specific feedback and fast decisions.A global creative community – access to brilliant people across our worldwide studios.About UsWe are The Boundary, a global team of over 200 creatives, artists, architects, engineers, developers, and leaders, based in London, New York, Dubai and Auckland. We partner with prestigious developers and brands to bring visionary projects to life using cutting‑edge technology – Hollywood virtual production, path tracing, real‑time photorealism and emerging tools like Gaussian splatting and AI integration. Our core belief is in beauty and artistry.BenefitsPension SchemeHolidays: 25 Days (increases 1 day per year of service up to 29) + Bank HolidaysGym membership paid for or contribution to other fitness goalsCycle to Work and Tech SchemesHealth & Wellbeing benefits via Health Cash PlanGreat Learning & Development opportunitiesRegular team events and social activitiesFantastic office environment in a nice locationBonus Scheme: based on annual company performance #J-18808-Ljbffr
