The Pharmacy department is expanding the use of digital technology to support the development of processes providing an innovative approach to the service delivery. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team, to support with delivering a quality service to our internal and external customers. The successful candidate must have a desire to provide a high quality, safe, effective and efficient service to patients. You must be pro-active, flexible and able to work under pressure to prioritise work both in a team and working alone.This post will support the Lead Store and Distribution Technician with the day-to-day delivery of the Pharmacy Store and Distribution service, which includes the supervision, organisation and training of the local Pharmacy services team.Applicants must already hold Level 2 Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services.At the heart of everything we do are our core values: Include, Respect, and Improve. We encourage you to embrace these values throughout the recruitment process and in your role with us.ResponsibilitiesMain duties of the job include working with a dedicated team, supervising the use of automation within Pharmacy stores, assisting with the receipt, supply and distribution of pharmaceutical products, and supervising staff of all abilities. This is an exciting role where the post holder will be at the forefront of training and supervising the use of associated technology. Full training will be provided in the department.
