The role You’ll report directly into the Finance Director and work closely with the BI Manager, commercial teams, and department heads. It’s a genuinely varied role with proper ownership — a blend of technical, commercial and leadership responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for: Producing monthly board packs that give real clarity and drive better decisions. Partnering with revenue and operational teams to improve performance and accountability. Managing the revenue and cash allocation cycle, keeping things watertight and well‑controlled. Overseeing cash flow forecasting, budgeting and long‑term planning. Monitoring KPIs and highlighting trends, risks and opportunities. Supporting year‑end, audit and broader finance improvements as the business scales. It’s a hands‑on role with plenty of visibility — you’ll be involved in conversations that shape how the business operates, not just how the numbers are reported. What they’re looking for A qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA). Experience operating at senior level with a mix of technical and commercial skills. Someone confident partnering with non‑finance teams and bringing clarity to complex situations. Good communicator, improvement‑minded, and comfortable taking ownership.
