About Our Client Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong presence across EMEA, committed to supporting sustainable growth and innovation Job Description As Vice President in the Digital Infrastructure Finance team, you will: Support the origination & execution of project finance transactions within the digital infrastructure sector Take ownership of client relationships and lead elements of the deal lifecycle—from pitching to closing. Analyse complex financial models, rating methodologies, and legal documentation. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all financial transactions. Provide strategic advice on market trends and opportunities within digital infrastructure. Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team leadership on projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial solutions. The Successful Applicant A successful VP Project Finance (Digital Infra) should have: Proven expertise in project finance, particularly within digital infrastructure and financial services. (Desired deal exposure to Data Centres, Towers, - NetCo & Greenfield) A strong academic background in finance, economics, or a related field. Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills. In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services processes and regulations. Experience in managing complex financial transactions and working with diverse stakeholders. Commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
