Retail & Leadership Experience: at least one year of retail management preferred. Confidence in Piercing Services: willing to become a trained piercing specialist. Strong Communication & Selling Skills: engage customers, build relationships, and close sales. Ability to Work Independently: self‑motivated, organized, and can take charge when needed. Job Requirements Ability to conduct piercings with patience and empathy, especially for young or anxious customers. Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent; minimum one year of retail management and overall retail experience. Physical capability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs). Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise and assisting customers. Passion for empowering customers to express themselves freely.
