The CNC Turner will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, programming, and producing precise components according to specifications. Daily tasks include reading technical drawings, performing quality checks, routine machine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Collaboration with team members and effective problem‑solving are also integral to the role. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC machine operation, including programming and setting up machinery. Ability to interpret technical drawings and work to precise specifications. Strong skills in quality inspection, measurement, and tool calibration. Experience with routine maintenance of CNC machines and troubleshooting issues. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Prior experience in a similar role in mechanical or industrial engineering is advantageous. Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field are beneficial.
