Job introduction Responsibilities Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well-maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff. Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements. Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ideal Candidate Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for creating a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
