The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer serviceOversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handlingRecruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagementMonitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitabilityEnsure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention measuresAddress and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional mannerMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environmentQualificationsProven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail environmentStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to analyze data, make decisions, and drive resultsKnowledge of retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash managementProficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace toolsFlexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysWhat We OfferOpportunities for career growth and professional developmentSupportive and collaborative work environmentAbout ClarksTwo brothers, a small town, and shoes that changed the world.
