As they emerge from stealth and prepare to bring authentic Formula 1‑style performance to clients and enthusiasts, they’re looking for a Chief Mechanic to join their growing team based at Silverstone, UK, with travel across global events. The Role As Chief Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are prepared, maintained, and presented to the highest possible standard. You’ll lead by example in the garage, supporting a close‑knit team and ensuring each car is track‑ready for high‑performance events around the world. What You’ll Do : See the results of your craftsmanship first hand by preparing and maintaining high‑performance race cars for track events and client experiences. Deliver reliability and performance under pressure through expert mechanical maintenance, inspection, and fault diagnosis. Set the standard for precision and presentation by managing pre‑event checks, chassis setups, and end‑of‑day inspections. Be part of the action, working trackside during events as an integral member of the pit crew. Shape best practices for maintenance and garage operations. Foster teamwork and excellence by mentoring mechanics and supporting a disciplined, safety‑focused culture. What We’re Looking For 10+ years of motorsport mechanic experience, ideally within a professional or high‑performance motorsport environment. Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, and chassis setup. Experience with diagnostics, maintenance, and trackside operations. Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and abroad.
