Your Role as a Vehicle Technician Perform servicing, maintenance, and repairs to the highest standards of precision and quality. Bring expertise across all aspects of vehicle care, from straightforward servicing to complex diagnostics. Focus on delivering first-time fixes, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust in our service. Salary Tiers for Technicians Service & Maintenance Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £36,200. Service & Diagnostic Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £38,600. Senior Technician + MOT Tester: Up to £41,000. Master Technician & MOT Tester - Basic salary up to £45,800 What You’ll Need to Succeed A formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3. Current experience as a Vehicle Technician.
