Senior Talent Manager Key Responsibilities Commercial & Gifted Collaborations Lead all talent partnerships, managing both paid and gifted brand collaborations. Ensure seamless delivery and high‑quality execution of all agreements. End-to-End Talent Deal Management Oversee the complete lifecycle of talent deals—from outreach, negotiation, and contracting to delivery and post‑campaign reporting. Guarantee exceptional standards, timely delivery, and consistent communication at every stage. Brand Partnerships & Networking Utilise a strong network across brands, TV, radio, and digital industries to create standout opportunities for talent. Proactively identify new collaborations and partnership avenues aligned with talent positioning. Relationship Building Build and maintain long‑lasting, trusted relationships with both talent and brand partners. Act as a reliable strategic partner, ensuring all parties feel supported and informed. Meet and exceed sales targets for both the business and talent. Confidently position talent for high‑value opportunities, securing deals that drive growth. Social Media & Digital Expertise Advise talent on platform strategy, content trends, and audience growth across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Stay ahead of industry changes to ensure talent remains culturally and digitally competitive. Professional Representation Represent talent in meetings, pitches, and negotiations in a confident and polished manner. Serve as a credible, professional face of the talent in high‑stakes commercial environments. Talent Support & Operations Manage all aspects of talent admin, including schedules, travel, gifting, and diary management. Provide exceptional day‑to‑day support to ensure a seamless experience for talent. Team Oversight & Development Oversee junior members of the talent team, ensuring high‑quality delivery across all accounts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and escalation support to maintain strong brand relationships and excellent talent experience. Support workload management, process improvements, and the professional growth of junior team members. Uphold high standards of communication, organisation, and commercial performance across the team. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Senior Talent Manager or similar role, ideally working with high‑profile or celebrity talent. A strong network across brands, TV, radio, and digital media. Demonstrated sales ability with a proven record of hitting and exceeding targets. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and digital strategy. Passion for PR, talent management, and forging impactful brand partnerships.
