Care Floor Host - Bank Location: South Street, Letcombe Regis, OX12 9RG Salary: £12.40ph & Excellent Benefits Shift Patterns 07:30 hrs to 14:30 hrs 07:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs 14:30 hrs to 18:30 hrs Job Description We support residents in a retirement village setting. As a Care Floor Host, you will deliver an excellent dining experience by welcoming residents, assisting with meals, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Assist residents at meal times on the Care Floor Prepare trays and provide room service to residents who wish to dine in their rooms Serve drinks at the bar (applicable only to applicants over 18) Ensure the restaurant and café are tidy and meet high standards Keep the kitchen area clean and tidy at all times Support other areas as required (e.g., serving meals, restocking kitchens, delivering refreshments) Skills / Qualifications • Previous customer service experience• Some experience in a catering or kitchen role is advantageous but not essential• Excellent communication skills and teamwork• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment• A caring attitude towards residents’ needs Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
