Science Teacher / Science ECT – January 2026 An Outstanding school in Croydon is looking for a Science Teacher / Science ECT to join their team in January 2026 on a permanent contract. Job Description MPS1-UPS3 - £38,766 - £60,092 + TLR (Size depending on experience). January or April 2025 – Full-time and permanent contract (note: role advertised for January 2026). Teach across KS3, KS4, and optional KS5. Plan lessons to meet the Curriculum for Excellence national guidance. Work with colleagues to plan and coordinate lessons. ECTs and experienced teachers encouraged. Person Specification Must have UK Qualified Teacher Status. Strong understanding of teaching standards. Science related degree at 1:1 or 2:1 from reputable university. Ambitious and driven personality. Great communication skills. Desire to progress. School Description Ofsted 'Outstanding' school.
