The Behaviour and Engagement Specialist is a crucial role and the postholder will work closely with year teams and the SLT to support students to make good progress both socially and emotionally as well as academically. Actual Starting Salary £29,294 Permanent Cotham School Grade: BG10 Starting Salary £35,412 pro-rated. Actual Starting Salary £29,294 Hours: 35 hours per week. Term time only Probation period: This role is subject to passing a satisfactory probation period.
